Affiliate Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Terms apply to anyone approved to take part in the Theory Test Practice affiliate programme. By signing up and promoting our products, you agree to the terms below.
We keep this simple and fair. If something feels unclear, the spirit of the programme is always genuine recommendation and honest promotion.
Eligibility and Approval
Affiliates must apply and be approved before promoting Theory Test Practice products. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion to protect the quality and reputation of the brand.
We work best with instructors, educators, content creators and trusted partners who genuinely support learner drivers.
Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates will receive unique tracking links to share.
Cookie tracking lasts for 30 days from the date a user clicks an affiliate link. If a purchase is made within that period, the referral will be credited to the affiliate.
Tracking relies on cookies and standard browser behaviour. We cannot guarantee tracking if cookies are blocked, cleared or disabled.
Commission and Payouts
Commissions are calculated on completed and paid orders only.
Refunded, cancelled or disputed orders will not earn commission.
Payouts are processed monthly, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of £10.
Affiliates must supply valid payment details in advance. Bank transfers are used for payouts and affiliates are responsible for ensuring their details are accurate.
Payment Details
To receive payment, affiliates must email their bank account number, sort code and name on the account to info@theorytestpractice.uk. Payments cannot be issued until this information is received.
Acceptable Promotion
Affiliates must promote Theory Test Practice honestly and responsibly.
You must not:
- Use misleading or false claims
- Impersonate Theory Test Practice or its staff
- Use spam, unsolicited messaging or paid ads that misrepresent the brand
- Offer unauthorised discounts or incentives
- Violate any applicable laws or advertising standards
We encourage authentic recommendations and clear information. Trust matters here.
Brand and Content Use
Affiliates may use approved logos, product descriptions and links provided by Theory Test Practice. Any custom content must reflect the brand accurately and not damage its reputation.
We reserve the right to request changes or removal of content that does not align with these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if these terms are breached or if promotion is deemed harmful, misleading or dishonest.
Outstanding commissions linked to invalid referrals may be withheld.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the affiliate programme means you accept the current version of the terms.
